PD Mock Interviewer

As a PD Mock Interviewer you will:

• Do mock interviews based on a specific role

• Review CVs, LinkedIn and Cover letters that should be sent by trainees beforehand

• Provide good feedback to trainees so they can improve their interviewing skills

• All your reviews and feedback should use our CYF Employability Guides as reference

Time commitment: At least 2 hours per week

Requirements:

• Should have a hiring/recruiting experience

• Skills: flexibility, open-mindedness, assertiveness, reliability, patience, self-initiative, strictness
