# PD Mock Interviewer

As a PD Mock Interviewer you will:

* Do mock interviews based on a specific role
* Review CVs, LinkedIn and Cover letters that should be sent by trainees beforehand
* Provide good feedback to trainees so they can improve their interviewing skills
* All your reviews and feedback should use our [CYF Employability Guides](https://curriculum.codeyourfuture.io/guides/employability/) as reference

**Time commitment:** At least 2 hours per week

### Requirements: 

* Should have a hiring/recruiting experience
* Skills: flexibility, open-mindedness, assertiveness, reliability, patience, self-initiative, strictness
