# PD Trainer

As a PD (Professional Development) Trainer you will:

* Do the weekly prep for the PD sessions that you will facilitate on the following Saturdays 
* Deliver PD content on Saturdays as a facilitator, *not* a teacher
* Provide trainees with feedback on their in-class exercises
* Give feedback on the Curriculum content to Syllabus team
* Be trained on awareness of health and safety and safeguarding issues

**Time commitment:** 5 hours per week (including Saturdays)

### Requirements:

* Skills for this role: communication, listening, flexibility, open-mindedness, assertiveness, reliability, patience
* Any background from the field of working with people is welcome but not necessary
