PD Trainer

As a PD (Professional Development) Trainer you will:

  • Do the weekly prep for the PD sessions that you will facilitate on the following Saturdays

  • Deliver PD content on Saturdays as a facilitator, not a teacher

  • Provide trainees with feedback on their in-class exercises

  • Give feedback on the Curriculum content to Syllabus team

  • Be trained on awareness of health and safety and safeguarding issues

Time commitment: 5 hours per week (including Saturdays)

Requirements:

  • Skills for this role: communication, listening, flexibility, open-mindedness, assertiveness, reliability, patience

  • Any background from the field of working with people is welcome but not necessary
